1 These Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the EU-Pharmacy website. Your use of the Website constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time and without prior notice from EU-Pharmacy.

 

The Website and its contents are available to users all around the world. Every transaction made on the Website shall be regarded to have taken place and be subject to the laws of the European Union. Due to the nature of the Website, EU law applies.

2.1 We are licensed by the General Pharmaceutical Council and supervised by the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Authority.

3.1 If you buy something from us, the sale is governed by our Terms and Conditions of Supply. To make a purchase on the Website, customers must first register their information with the Website. To order products, you must be at least 18 years old.

The terms of this Agreement may be updated from time to time. You should read this Agreement carefully before using our Site so that you will be familiar with the conditions that will apply during your visit.

7.1 Neither the availability nor the continuity of our Site, or any content thereof, is guaranteed. For business and operational reasons, we reserve the right to temporarily or permanently restrict access to all or any part of our Site. If we have to temporarily stop providing a service, we'll do our best to provide you advance warning.

You should properly grasp the information and advice on our Site, as our website and any services supplied via the Website will be multilingual.

Occasionally, we may limit access to the Site or certain features within the Site to our registered users.

 

7.2 If we have reason to believe that you have violated these Terms by your use of our Site, we will conduct an appropriate investigation. We reserve the right to issue a warning or immediately, temporarily, or permanently revoke your access to our Site if you violate any of these terms, at our sole discretion. 7.3 You acknowledge that any information or communication transferred from your computer to us electronically is the sole responsibility of the sender, not EU-Pharmacy, and that you will use the Website only for lawful purposes. No material from this Site may be sent, uploaded, or used in any way that is: in violation of copyright, trademark, confidence, privacy, or any other right; offensive; abusive; indecent; obscene; threatening; connected to a criminal conduct or other illegal behavior; fraudulent malicious; offensive; contains malicious software; harmful to third parties

 

 

7.4 In the event of an emergency, please do not use our Site or services.In cases of extreme urgency, it is recommended that you visit either your family physician or the nearest hospital's emergency room.

 

8 Intellectual property rights and using material on our site

 

No user may, under any circumstances, access any data or material for commercial use;

8.1 all content on the Website is the sole property of EU-Pharmacy.

8.2 As the authors of the Site, we ask that you give us credit whenever our work is used.

8.3 If you print off, copy, or download any portion of this Site in violation of these terms of use, your permission to use this Site will immediately end and you must, at our option, return or delete all such copies.

 

9 Our liability

 

9.1 We make no claims or promises about the accuracy of the content available on our Site.

9.2 In any jurisdiction were doing so would be illegal, we do not limit or exclude our liability to you. This includes any and all claims based on negligence (whether on our part or those of our employees, agents, or subcontractors), fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

In particular, the limitations and exclusions of liability set forth in Section 9.3 of our Terms and Conditions of Supply apply to any and all claims arising out of our provision of any products to you.

If you are visiting on behalf of a company, please note that this Site and its contents are given "as is," without any conditions, warranties, representations, or other restrictions of any kind.

9.5 You understand and agree that we are not responsible for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or any other damages resulting from your use of, or reliance on, our Site or any content displayed on our Site, even if we knew or should have known that there was a possibility of such damages. Loss of profits, sales, business, revenue, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of opportunity, goodwill, or reputation are all examples of indirect or consequential damages for which we will not be responsible.

This is in the interest of the Purchaser:

9.6 Please note that you may only use this Website for personal, noncommercial reasons. We will not be responsible for any damage to your business that results from your unauthorized use of our Site, which is not intended for commercial or business purposes.

In the event that we are prevented from or delayed in performing our responsibilities hereunder due to circumstances beyond our control, we shall not be held liable. Your legal rights are unaffected by this condition.

10 Registration

 

 

10.1 Several of our services require you to sign up and create a personal online patient record before you may use them. If we determine that you are negatively impacting other users or ourselves in any way, we retain the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access. To utilize the service, you must first register.

Ensure that your details are correct and comprehensive (10.1.1).

10.1.2 You must promise to never reveal your login or password to anyone.

You can have up to one account on our Website (10.1.3).

Verify that you are 18 or older (10.1.4).

 

11 Personal Information

 

11.1 We will only use your personal details under our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully as they contain crucial information for you.

By using our Website, you agree to the terms of our privacy and biscuit policies and represent that any information you have provided is correct and up-to-date.

Due to EU data protection legislation, we cannot legally share your treatment information with your doctor or anyone else without your permission. However, it is recommended that you (the client) enable us to share this information to give the finest quality of care possible.

12 Our Services and how you should use our services

 

12.3 Our Website is only intended for users of legal contracting age in their jurisdiction of residence. To buy from us or use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. Please exit our Site immediately if you do not meet the requirements. By submitting an order request, you attest that you are at least 18 years old, or your country's age of majority, your country's age of majority, if higher.

You agree to keep us updated on any changes to your medical details via email and each time you place a new order by adjusting your profile information during the purchase procedure if you have provided us with this information when registering for our Website.

 

13 Conditions of supply

 

13.1 Once your order has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.If we are unable to meet your requirements,

 we will contact you and refund your payment.

It may be clinically inappropriate to supply the goods you have bought, we may not be able to meet a delivery schedule, there may have been an error in the price or description of the product, or our resources may have been exhausted sooner than intended.

When your order is approved, 13.3, you'll be given a unique order number. Please refer to this order number whenever you communicate with us.

13.4 We only ship to the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, and Ireland. Denmark, Sweden, the Netherlands, Finland, and Australia are unacceptable delivery countries.

13.5 You are responsible for ensuring you fully grasp our advice and treatment recommendations when we present them in a multilingual format.

13.6 Please dial 911 or visit the nearest emergency facility or doctor's office if this is a true medical emergency. In an emergency, you should not use this Site.

13.7 Product packaging may differ from what is pictured on our Site; the images you see here are only for illustrative purposes.

 

14 Products

 

14.1 We do not guarantee the availability of any specific goods displayed on our Website. We will email you to let you know if your order was accepted or if we were unable to fulfil it.

Due to fluctuations in the cost of pharmaceuticals, 14.2, the prices of the services or products may change at any time, but this will only affect orders that have been placed.

14.3 Due to the enormous number of products on our Website, it is likely that some of the prices shown there need to be corrected. These costs are checked as part of our order processing routine so that we can make adjustments and let you know if necessary. Suppose the incorrect price of an item is clearly listed elsewhere on our Website, and you would not have reasonably expected us to make that mistake. In that case, we are not obligated to provide you with the product at the incorrect lower price.

 

15 Payments, Cancellations and Refunds

 

15.1 There are no hidden fees, and we are required by law to give Website visitors information about treatment prices before any in-person meetings are scheduled. Before finalizing your purchase, you can view all shipping costs.

 

15.2 If you want to be charged, you must supply a credit or debit card that you may use. We retain the right to refuse delivery of your medications if the payment information you provided needs to be updated or validated. If this happens, we will get in touch with you so that you can revise your information.

 

15.3 When you order medications or sign up for a service that requires prescribing medicines, we are obligated to conduct a clinical appropriateness evaluation from the medical and pharmacy team before the medicines may be approved for delivery. You acknowledge that by placing an order, you waive your right to cancel under The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Further Charges) Regulations 2013, as we will have already begun providing you with this service and doing an assessment of your clinical suitability.

 

15.4 Before the dispatch, you may cancel an order request. If this is the case, we will send you an email confirming the cancellation and return all payments already made, less the cancellation fee (as detailed in clause 15.7 below).

 

Due to the perishable nature of our items, we are unable to accept cancellations or refunds once the shipment confirmation has been sent (your legal rights are not affected as a consumer with any faulty or not as described products)

Where a product is defective or otherwise not as described (15.6). We require written notification and prompt product return. You may be eligible for a refund per paragraph 15.8 below.

 

15.7 If you cancel your order before we confirm shipment, we may charge you a $10 processing fee to compensate for our reasonable costs. You will be charged the cancellation fee in clause if we decide to cancel your order.

 

15.7 if we have sought to contact you for further information and have yet to receive said information. In any case, if we cancel your order, we won't charge you any cancellation or administration fee.

 

15.8 If You send us a Product that is broken or otherwise not as advertised, we'll analyze it and let you know by email whether a refund is possible and when to expect it. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

 

15.9 If you seek a refund, we will get in touch with you to discuss refund options.

 

15.10 You can expect a prompt reimbursement if one is owed to you. We will process your refund for the damaged merchandise within 28 days of the day we emailed you to let you know you were eligible for one.

 

16 Delivery

 

16.1 The products will be shipped once our Pharmacy staff determines they are clinically suitable.

 

16.2 Once your doctor has approved your prescription, the chosen delivery method will begin.

 

16.3 Products are your responsibility once they have been shipped to your address or, per your instructions, placed with a trusted neighbor or third party.

Once an order has been processed, neither the delivery nor the billing address can be changed because the prescription cannot be modified.

17 Sale or Return

 

For 30 days beginning on the Return Date, the Buyer may return the Goods to the Seller without the Seller's prior consent, provided that:

 

17.1.1 full payment has been made by the Buyer and received by the Seller for the Goods in question following Clause 5; 17.1.2 the Returned Goods are in saleable condition and are undamaged, requiring no removal of defacing marks, labels, or any other additional material which may have been affixed to them; and 17.1.3 the Buyer

 

17.2 [Despite Article 17.2.2, Seller may, in its sole discretion, accept Damaged or Marked Returned Items and shall pay the Buyer a reduced sum calculated concerning the estimated worth of the Returned Goods, taking into account any such damage.]

 

Buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees associated with sending back any items being returned under this Condition.

Within 30 days of receiving the Returned Items in undamaged and saleable condition as set out in subclause 17.2.2, the Seller shall issue a credit to the Buyer for the full purchase price, less any discounts or other rebates the Buyer is entitled to receive under this Article.

7.5 Upon Seller's receipt of Returned Items, Seller will send Buyer a statement of returned products detailing the amounts Buyer is owed as reimbursement. This includes any deductions or set-offs for damaged or unsalable items.

 

18 Viruses and hacking

 

 

18.1 We do not guarantee that the Site is secure or virus-free.

18.2 You are responsible for configuring your own technology, computer programming, and platforms to access the Website, and you must use your own virus protection software.

No malicious software (including but not limited to viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, etc.) may be knowingly introduced to our Site.

18.4 You may not access any password-protected portions of the Site, the server that hosts the Site, or any server, computer, or database linked to the Site without our express written permission to do so.

 

In the event of your breach of Clause 18, we shall report you to the appropriate law enforcement agencies and tell them who you are. Your permission to use our Website automatically terminates in the event of any such violation.

 

You acknowledge and accept that you use our Site at your own risk, as does any content downloading from it or other associated websites. Distributed denial-of-service attacks, computer viruses, or other technologically destructive items that may infect your computer equipment, programmers, or data are not our responsibility, and you agree not to hold us liable for any damages arising from them.

 

19 Linking to our site

 

19.1 You may link to our homepage so long as you comply with all applicable laws and do not do anything to damage or take advantage of our good name, reputation, or business. However, you may not create connections that falsely imply an endorsement or affiliation where none exists. Your Site must be the one connected to.

 

19.2 You may only link to the homepage of our Site and may not frame our Site within another website.

 

19.3 If you want to use any content on our Site in a way that isn't specifically allowed, please send a detailed request to customercare@eu-pharmacy.net.

The inclusion of any third-party sites or resources is for your convenience only. We take no responsibility for the information on such sites and resources because we do not maintain or manage them.

 

21 Law and Jurisdiction

 

Any dispute or claim connected with your use of our Site must be resolved by a court located in the EU. Any claim or dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Service, or the use of the Service, shall be governed by EU law.

 

22 Entire Agreement

 

 

All prior communications, versions, understandings, or agreements about using our Website are as a result of this termination and replaced by these terms of use and any document specifically referred to in them.
